At Panpeer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Since all of our products are sold through Amazon UK, our refunds and returns are processed according to Amazon’s Return & Refund Policy.

1. How to Request a Return or Refund

• If you wish to return an item, please initiate the process directly through your Amazon account → Orders → Return or Replace Items.
• Amazon will guide you through the steps and provide return shipping instructions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Please check the Amazon product page for specific return eligibility details.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued by Amazon, not Panpeer directly.
• Once your return is received and processed by Amazon, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges through our website. However, you may return your product via Amazon and place a new order for the replacement item.
